Information on Wraparound Care
Primary Phase
Nishkam School West London offers a Wraparound Care provision for all Primary Phase children. Wraparound Care on ParentPay uses a ‘separate’ site to the normal booking site, which will show in the top left corner of the app, once you have set up your account. The below slots are available to book via ParentPay.
- Breakfast Club - £3.50
- Aftercare 3-4.30pm - £7
- Aftercare 3-5.30pm - £10
- After care following a club 4-5.30pm - £5
During both Breakfast Club and Aftercare, children are provided with activities including crafts, sports, construction, and board games.
In Breakfast Club, children are provided with either cereal or toast with a topping of their choice, as well as fruit and yoghurt.
In Aftercare, children are provided with a variety of snacks; see below for an example menu:
Late fees/emergency booking fees
- £1 for every minute late to collect from the end of the session (4.30pm or 5.30pm)
- £5 emergency booking fee added on top of the charge for wraparound care
Repeatedly arriving late or failing to book wraparound care and/or collecting your child late will result in your child being removed from the service.
Please find attached a help sheet which will show you how to book Wraparound Care for your child. Bookings & payments via ParentPay must be made in advance, after which bookings will be confirmed.
Cut off times
3pm the day before the Breakfast Club booking.
9.30am the day of the Aftercare booking.
Once your booking has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel a booking for you for example in the event of child sickness, change of plans etc. If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so yourself via ParentPay. After the cut off point, you will not be able to request a refund via ParentPay and the School cannot refund you manually.
Please remember on the last day of term the school will finish at 1:30pm & aftercare will run until 3:00pm or 4:00pm for a full session.
Collecting your child late from school
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to collect your child from the normal school day, you will be charged the 3-4.30pm aftercare fee and an additional £5 emergency booking fee.
Childcare Vouchers for Wraparound Care
We are pleased to accept childcare vouchers for wraparound care bookings. Please purchase the vouchers and email Enquiries NSWL Enquiries.NSWL@nishkamschools.org with the exact allocation for the money e.g. Booking for [enter child’s name] for session ‘After care following a club 4-5.30pm’
The money will then be added to the payment item for you then to book accordingly. Please note, this can take up to 7 working days.
Pupil Premium Discount for Wraparound Care
If your child is eligible for pupil premium funding, we can provide a 25% discount on wraparound care, applied via a refund after the point of booking and paying via ParentPay. This will be done by our Office Team and can take up to 5 working days.

Secondary Phase
The Secondary Library is open from 7am-4.30pm. There is no cost associated with access to the Secondary Library.
There are also numerous clubs that are available for parents to book, which will be advertised at various points throughout the year.
